KISAH BENAR

Today something real happened to me.
It was raining from 3am right up to this morning.
I noticed that the roads were all wet and slippery.

Traffics wasnt too bad today, surprising. No jams
at the LDP , and was having a slow drive, keeping
a safe distance from the car in front of me and
enjoying the radio 988 morning talk slot when
suddenly a motorcyclist from the left just cut
into my lane. He got skidded and was thrown off
from his bike, like a stunt man kinda like flying
high and next I seen he was landed just across my
driving pathway. Everything happened so fast, like
only just a blink of an eye.

Thank God ... I managed to brake in time and was
swift in my reaction. Otherwise, I could have easily
ran him over or he could smashed himself against the
car in front of me.

But the shock of seeing this man sprawled acoss my car
very closely under the left wheel of my car really jolted
the daylights out of me.

I hurried get off the car and checked on him. Thank Goodness
luckily, he was not injured, he managed to stand up by
himself . Other motorcyclists, stopped and helped retrieved
his thrown off helmet , a bunch of keys, wallet, some personal
belongings and his jacket. He acknowledged his thanks to me,
and assure us that he is all right and need no medical treatment
as his office is just round the corner.

At this one moment in my life ... I dont know whether he is
more grateful or rather me.

Oh Boy.... I really thank God, nothing bad happened.
Things could turned out in worst scenarios.

One thing I learn from this unexpected event ...
One can never take life for granted. You wouldnt know
what is in store for you tomorrow or if tomorrow ever
comes.

LOSS AND GAIN

Rozy and Suzy both sisters, were sorting clothes
in their closets.

Rozy is gaining weight from her frequent mamak
sessions as she loves to add on her calories and
fats to those roti canai that she will die for.

Suzy belongs to those group that eat like a horse
also has no effect on her. As slim as ever.

Rozy : *sigh* "... aiyaah... my favourite black sexy
dress cannot pakai already. I brought it last X'mas
and just wore it twice only, costs me a bomb too ! "

Suzy : "gimme lah..."
*quickly ran and try on - and it fitted prefectly*
"WOW... hou leang lei...... I want leh ..... plse pleeesse..."

Rozy : "OK lah... you are welcome to it my dear,
since I also cannot fit in anymore. Looks like
my loss is your gain."

Suzy : *grinning* - " No lah ....... my dearest sistar
Your gain is my gain lah ......

FAMILY - A Very True Reflection

Received this email message from a friend. The message it brings
across is so beautiful, that I would like to share with all of you.

Read slowly and then look at ourselves, read even slower
when you reach the "FAMILY" column below

F A M I L Y

I ran into a stranger as he passed by,
"Oh excuse me please" was my reply

He said, "Please, excuse me too;
I wasnt watching for you"

We were very polite, this stranger and I,
We went on our way and we said goodbye

But at home a different story is told,
How we treat our loved ones, young and old

Later that day, cooking the evening meal,
My son stood beside me very still

When I turned, I nearly knocked him down
"Move out of the way" I said with a frown

He walked away, his little heart broken
I didnt realize how harshly I'd spoken

While I lay awake in bed,
God's still small voice came to me and said

"While dealing with a stranger,
common courtesy you use,
but the family you love, you seem to abuse

Go and look on the kitchen floor
You'll find some flowers there by the door

Those are the flowers he brought for you
He picked them himself, pink , yellow and blue

He stood very quietly not to spoil the surprise
You never saw the tears that filled his little eyes."

By this time, I felt very small
And now my tears began to fall

I quietly went and knelt by his bed
"Wake up, little one, wake up," I said

"Are these the flowers you picked for me?"
He smiled, "I found'em , out by the tree

I picked 'em because they're pretty like you
I knew you'd like 'em, especially the blue"

I said "Son, I'm very sorry for the way I acted today;
I shouldnt have yelled at you that way"
He said, "Oh, Mom, that's okay
I love you anyway."

I said, "Son, I love you too,
and I do like the flowers, especially the blue"

FAMILY - are you aware that if we died tomorrow, the company
that we are working for could easily replace us in a matter of day,
But , the family we left behind will feel the loss for the rest of
their lives.

And come to think of it, we pour ourselves more into work than
into our family, an unwise investment indeed, don't you think so?

Do you know what the word FAMILY means?
FAMILY = (F)ather (A)nd (M)other (I) (L)ove (Y)ou

NOTHING SEEM RIGHT

What a day ! Just knew things going left instead of right today.

Aiyooooaaa.. first thing in the morning, mistake the facial washing
cream as toothpaste. After brushing, only realize that it was
kind of funi, no foam and sourish bitter in taste. .. yucks !

Next, the car alarm not working, so open the car door using the keys.
Try many times but door refuse to open. Why? ... What the heck ??
cos I was using the housekeys instead .

It was raining heavily upon arriving at the office, struggling with
the umbrella but it flipped outwards and upwards. Step out from
the car, and step right into a puddle of water. .. My oh my..!!

Luckily managed to be on time and was rushing into the meeting
room, and bang into the edge of a stupid new coffee table. Jialat
lo, sure turn blue-black later... lidat.

Next, before I can catch my breath, was informed that the meeting
was adjourned to the next day becoz the big boss is not in yet.
(why... raining ?? still cozy in bed huh? )

Came back home in the evening, there was a power cut from 8pm
until midnite with no prior notice cos the TNB sub-station got
a trigger and they have to cut the power to run some test.

Gosh ! so blardy hottie and sweating. Took the car out for a spin
and went for dinner and drinks with my kakis until midnite.
Was cooly driving home but just round the corner as I turned into
the Taman, alamak hit a pothole and front tyre got puncture pulak.
Managed to fixed everything and turned back home.

Reach home so so ...very tired and sleepy liao, go straight to bed.
Hope no nightmare and reoccurrence ......

MIRROR MIRROR ON THE WALL

The face is your fortune. What face you got huh?
(As though you can choose meh? ..... hahha..)

Anyway, just to share some of my encounters
in my opis !!

Pumpkin face - very 'fook siong' these people. Normally blessed
with lots of children

Spikey face - this is BAD. This face goes well with the character.
Very superior complex , sharp and critical of others

Pokey face - you look at them, you wouldn't like it. Poke you
everywhere, you must know how to cover your butt.

Humsup face - misai is a MUST? Some say YES, it's to enhance
humsup skills. Some say NO, it's to disguise and take you by
surprise. Nevertheless, have devilish eyes and cocky eyebrows.

Smiling tiger face - need no intro. This one must handle with
extreme care. Many cases people 'kena 9 9' also dun know why?

Devil face - (kuei nien) ....hahha , this one reminds me of my
teachers, love to emphasize

Horse face - this one is a boss nightmare; always listen to
instructions with a long and sour look.

Kambing face - meh, mehhhh....... very long gas, more naggy
than a grandmother!

Mule face - stubborn and never want to listen to anybody

Moon raker face - dun judge the book by its cover. Look deep and
below the surface, and you will find his heart is usually better
than his looks.

Dracula face - that is for someone you HATE..... blood suckers !!

Step mum face - sweet and demure , very artificial and superficial

Ugly duckling face - usually specky and nerdy, simple and cincai in
dressing but wahhhh, when occassion arises, can turn into a SWAN!

Baby face - youthful looking and very worrisome for da girls.
If can hor, dun marry a guy with baby face coz after you have
a few babies, you will look like his mother!

Fresh flower face - this one da bestest of all. Natural and refreshing,
no need make-up oso very pretty. Wanna look good and feel young,
hang out with them more!

when go back at your workplace .... stare hard hard at your colleagues
and see what kinda face they have

Happy Looking !!!

WHAT TYPE OF FEEL YOU HAVE ?

During the recent regional meet held in my opis here, got
an opportunity to get to see so many peoples.

You see, certain things you got no choice wan, like eg the way
you look. Some people so "teruk looking", you see one look of
them at the back, you alredi know you will hate the front.
Yet, you have some people who just walk into the room, and
the first instant you set your eyes on them and you are on "FIRE".

Some can so painstakingly dress up to the nines and have many
layers of "ICI' paint also cannot look like a great beauty. Yet, got
others so simple and clean with no make up yet look so damn
"CHUN" just melt your heart away. One look "sat sei nei liao"

Some dun even have the looks but the PERSONALITY that outshine
in them, killing you softly, and makes your heart racing like in the
grand prix.

Whether pretty or not, FEEL is what I am talking about.

So what is your good feel? What moves you high high and bring your
senses alive?
