7 DEADLY SINS

Someone told me that there are 7 deadly sins and what to
do about them. You think the below can work anot?


1) ANGER
-deep breathing and meditation
-humour works wonder, laugh at it, if can't
- take up boxing and whack the sandbags ...


2) LUST
-try relaxation techniques
-working on improving your self-esteem
- assert more control over other areas

3) ENVY
- role reversal
-swap behaviour

4) GREED
- exercise self control
- dun eat more than you can chew


5) SLOTH
( this word so strange, I got look up in my dictionary
.... lazy say lazy laa ..... I dun understand sloth )

- do a combination of activities to improve stamina
- built up your stamina fitness
- gym activities

6) GLUTTONY
- eat more fibre , plenty of fruits
- avoid high processed foods
- buy organic grains, vegetables


7) PRIDE
-pursue a new interest
-too little pride could end up as a doormat
-take up new learning skills

If there are no sins, the world will be a very boring place indeed, rite?
